There is a separate exit from the "Virani" to the top terrace, which is also reached by an independent external staircase.
The 70m2 courtyard features the outdoor dining area with a white marble table and built-in benches seating 10 people, as well as the second bathroom with shower. From the courtyard you enter a 200m2 terraced garden with palm, lemon and orange trees, olive trees, white oleander, bougainvillea, and lush cactuses of all kinds. The garden, like the whole property, is walled in by high white stone walls that guarantee total privacy from neighboring eyes, creating a secluded poetic charm.
